The location of the Bed & Breakfast was great and stunning, not too far from Hobjoins Barn. the room was quiet and absolutely spotless with a lovely garden view. - the services provided were helpful. The room was newly decorated and generous-sized, and it had air conditioner, a lounge, and a mini-bar that were useful. The food was outstanding, we appreciated the hot buffet breakfast. The location turned out to be lovely and ideal, close enough to Brighton and surrounding area, the Old Tollgate for Sunday lunch and the restaurant for an evening meal.

Rewritten: I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. the staff was fantastic, providing excellent service. the location of the venue was in the countryside, and I enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurant connected to the hotel.
